- Driver: Individuals authorized to provide shuttle transportation services through our platform.
- Service: The shuttle booking, transportation, and related functionalities provided via the App.
- Account: Personal account created by Users or Drivers within the App.
- Fare: Amount payable for a completed ride.
3. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Register using accurate and complete personal information.
- Have a valid payment method linked to your account (for Users).
- Accept full responsibility for any activity under your account.
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations related to transportation services.
- Not have been previously suspended or removed from our platform for violations.
4. Account Registration and Security
- Users and Drivers must create an account with valid and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Sharing account credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breaches.
5. Use of Services
- The App is intended solely for booking shuttle rides and related transportation services.
- Users must not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
- Drivers must provide safe, timely, and professional transportation services.
- Users and Drivers must comply with all policies and guidelines set forth by us.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings for any reason, including safety concerns.
- Misuse or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Payments, Fees, and Charges
- Users must pay the applicable fare for each ride as displayed on the App.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
- Fares may vary based on distance, time, demand, and promotions.
- Additional charges may apply for cancellations, waiting time, extra stops, or damages.
- Completed trip fares are generally non-refundable unless approved by support.
- Drivers receive earnings per our payment schedule, subject to applicable service fees.
- We reserve the right to modify fares, fees, and payment terms at any time.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Users may cancel a ride request, but a cancellation fee may apply if the cancellation occurs after a Driver has been assigned.
- Drivers who frequently cancel rides without valid reasons may face penalties or account suspension.
- Refunds are subject to review as per our refund policy.
- Users may contact customer support for dispute resolution.
8. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations.
- Be present at the pickup location on time.
- Treat Drivers with respect; refrain from abusive, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.
- Ensure the safety of personal belongings during the ride (we are not responsible for lost items).
- Follow all transportation laws and App policies.
9. Driver Responsibilities
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle documentation as required by law.
- Keep vehicles in safe and roadworthy condition.
- Provide professional, courteous, and safe transportation services.
- Adhere to traffic laws and drive responsibly.
- Accept ride requests in good faith and avoid discrimination.
- Use the App only for ride assignments and not for personal gain outside the platform.
10. Intellectual Property
- The App, including all content, trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us.
- Users and Drivers may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without explicit permission.
- Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
11. Limitation of Liability
- We act as a technology platform and do not directly provide transportation services.
- We are not liable for accidents, delays, service disruptions, injuries, or damages.
- Service availability is not guaranteed at all times; temporary suspensions may occur for maintenance or emergencies.
- Users and Drivers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or disputes arising from their use of the App.
12. Termination of Services
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Users may request account deletion after settling outstanding balances.
- Drivers failing to comply with policies or service standards may be permanently removed.
13. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
14. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes between Users and Drivers should first be addressed through customer support.
- If unresolved, disputes may be subject to arbitration or mediation per local laws.
- Legal actions must be filed in the jurisdiction specified in these terms.
